Shipping Costs
Kristal Graphics offers the following shipping options:
- Standard Flat Rate Shipping for Ready to Press and Small Custom DTF Transfers begins at $7.00, with pricing adjustments based on size and weight.
- Product-Specific Shipping costs for other items will be calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping Options including UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® are available for expedited delivery needs.
Processing Time
At Kristal Graphics, we prioritize efficient order fulfillment:
- Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Seasonal Considerations: Additional processing time may be required during peak seasons.
- Artwork Specifications: Orders with artwork requiring adjustments may experience longer processing times.
- Rush Order Service: Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 11:00 AM PST for a $50 rush fee. Prior communication is required – please contact us by phone, text, or email before placing rush orders.
Important: Order processing occurs Monday through Friday only, excluding major holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
We work diligently to ensure prompt delivery of your orders:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 2-5 business days, varying by destination
- UPS 2nd Day Air®: Delivery within 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air®: Delivery by the next business day

Tracking Information

- Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships
- Please allow 1-3 business days for carriers to activate and update tracking information
- If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of shipment notification, please contact us with your name, email address, and order number
