REFUNDS & REPRINTS We maintain a 30-day refund & reprint policy!
Please contact us within 30 days of order receipt to request a refund or reprint. We will gladly reprint any orders with print quality or adherence issues, but not for cases involving poor quality submitted files. Refund or reprint requests for other reasons require prior management approval.
For DTF Transfers or UV DTF PermaStickers orders, please verify you’ve followed all design requirements correctly.
