Frequently Asked Questions

DTF (Direct To Film) is a printing technique where we print your design directly onto a special film and then transfer it to materials like cotton, polyester, and linen using a simple 15-second heat press application.

No minimums! Whether you need just 1 transfer or 100,000, we can accommodate your order.

You can use anything from a household iron to an industrial heat press. Visit our Pressing Instructions page for detailed instructions and best practices.

We offer transfers ranging from 2″ × 2″ all the way up to 24″ × 30 feet.

Kristal Graphics DTF Transfers have been rigorously tested for durability. After 100 machine wash cycles (80°F, normal cycle, line dry) on 100% cotton shirts, our transfers received a “Satisfactory” grade for color retention, with no peeling, cracking, or significant changes in hand-feel.

Expedited orders ship within 24-48 hours.

Vector art is always preferred (AI, PDF). For raster art, we require at least 300 dpi resolution. We accept JPG and PNG files as well.

Visit our Pressing Instructions page for step-by-step instructions and expert tips to achieve professional results every time.
